On one hand, the clean and functional Penthouse Apartment was well-equipped, with essential kitchen utensils and appliances making my stay comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. On the other hand, my stay was marred by poor customer service, which was disappointing.

During my stay, I loved the close proximity to Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden, making it super easy to explore the local vibe and grab a bite in just a few steps. the check-in process was also a breeze, and the room was comfy and well-kept, ideal for a single traveler looking to unwind after a day of city strolls.

I had a wonderful stay in the Deluxe Apartment. the location was incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the bed was super comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, with timely communication regarding access. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a delightful experience overall. The only downside was the steep stairs, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Arriving, I was told to wait beyond the check-in time, not even being allowed to drop off my luggage, which can be frustrating after a long journey. Although the apartment felt clean, the shower drain was sluggish and couldn't keep up, leaving water pooling during use. Noise from street activities is palpable at times, and sirens from emergency vehicles could disrupt your slumber. Having to provide photo ID in advance for every adult may feel inconvenient. on top of that, the pre-authorization on payment methods isn't standard in hotels but is perhaps understandable.
